Great location near local attractions.
The check-in line was excessively long, and despite pre-registering online, we still had to wait. Our luggage took over two hours to arrive in our room, forcing us to call guest services multiple times. The air conditioning leaked all over the carpet, which they addressed after two hours but the new unit hardly functioned.

Comfortable Stay with Cozy Amenities
Our family enjoyed two nights in a spacious room with a lovely courtyard view. The location is perfect for exploration! Don't miss the Club Room's breakfast buffet—unlimited mimosas and warm cookies made our mornings special. Surprisingly, we found the staff inconsistently friendly.

A delightful experience with comfortable beds and quality linens made for a restful stay. The welcoming atmosphere for our family dog added to the enjoyment, and the nearby walking trails to various attractions were a highlight. However, the pillows could use an upgrade for better support, and a more extensive dining menu would be appreciated. Overall, the friendly staff and convenient location made our visit memorable.

Our stay was magical! We explored the amazing Monterey Bay Aquarium, which captivated my granddaughter. The hotel was spacious and had a lovely courtyard view. The kids enjoyed the pool, making family bonding moments truly special.
My kids wished for more kid-friendly menus at the restaurant.

Just a smart choice for short visits in Monterey with great value for the money. The huge chocolate chip cookies at check-in were a nice touch. Bring your own water bottle because drinks are pricey.

Perfect getaway spot!
Had an amazing stay! The lobby's vibe is just incredible with those tree lights. Staff was super friendly too! Our room was cozy and had a modern touch. Walking out to the pier was a breeze. just a quick stroll away. Only thing was the restaurant wasn't open during our stay, which was a bummer.

Family with children needs to prepare for early bedtimes
The location was a gem, within a stone's throw to everything fun and local, you could crawl to the warf if you had to. Plus, major points for the spacious room, perfect for strollers, but don't get too comfy cause it's bedtime before you know it.
